Enjoy Jaeger's easy, family-friendly sheet pan recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 pack of  5 x lamb koftas

½ Jap pumpkin

1 teaspoon of greek spice

1 -2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 clove of garlic

100g of feta

½ bunch of mint

Tzatziki

1 cup of greek yoghurt

1 cucumber, finely sliced

1 lemon

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°c. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut pumpkin into medium wedges with the rind on. Combine olive oil, chopped garlic and greek spice in a small bowl and then drizzle over pumpkin. Remove koftas from skewers and divide put on top of the pumpkin. Add crumbled feta and put in oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and add tzatziki, mint and enjoy!
